Appointments are scheduled Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
There is currently no regular availability evenings or weekends - these
are kept free for educational activites and emergencies.
As a new client, you can expect to be scheduled within 7 days of your
inquiry. Please fill out the form below and click 'Send'.
I will review the information you provide and then contact you to arrange
your first appointment.
Please note: if you need to reschedule an appointment, notice must
be given by phone or email at least
24 hours ahead of time. Missed appointments will incur a $35 rescheduling
fee.
Payment by cash, check or credit card is due at the end of our appointment.
PayPal payments are subject to a $10 processing charge. There
will be a $35 fee for returned checks.
